For this customer, it was all about the appearance.
They wanted an estate quality, Stone Column Entry Gate, at a reasonable price. Notice the cedar wrapped posts, beneath those cedar covers are 4 1/8" x 4 1/8" pressure treated posts. Observe the quality construction, evident by looking at the latch installation, the gate stop, and the attention to detail with the stone column caps.
